1. Online Store Terms

2. Products and Handmade Variations

DGT Heritage Dolls offers handmade and collectible dolls. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, fabric placement, stitching, size, facial details, accessories, and other features may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of a handmade item and are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

Product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.

3. Product Safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, age recommendations, care instructions, and safety warnings before purchasing or using a product.

Some dolls or accessories may contain small parts, decorative pieces, buttons, ribbons, or other materials that may not be appropriate for young children. Children should use products only with appropriate adult supervision.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders affected by:

• Incorrect product information or pricing

• Product unavailability

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Payment-processing problems

• Shipping restrictions

• Errors involving inventory or product listings

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping charges may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed or shipped.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, an order may already be prepared, packaged, or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled.

7. Custom and Personalized Items

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer and are final sale, nonrefundable, and nonexchangeable, except when an item arrives damaged or DGT Heritage Dolls made an error in fulfilling the approved order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom-order details before production begins. Minor handmade variations are not considered errors or defects.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Customers must contact DGT Heritage Dolls within 48 hours of receiving a package to request a return or exchange.

Approved items must be returned at the customer’s expense and received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Any damage, wear, alteration, missing component, or loss of value may be deducted from the refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return resulted from an error by DGT Heritage Dolls.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Risk of loss and responsibility for an order transfer as permitted by applicable law and the shipping carrier’s terms.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Please keep the item and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Do not return an item until you receive instructions from DGT Heritage Dolls.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including doll designs, product names, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, written content, and website design—is owned by or licensed to DGT Heritage Dolls and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from DGT Heritage Dolls.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any design, copyright, trademark, photograph, or other intellectual property.

12. Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant DGT Heritage Dolls permission to use submitted reviews and content for operating and promoting the business, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. We will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information.
