Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you.

Please do not return an item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
